Meetings

The Board of Directors meets monthly. Minutes of the meetings are posted on this site. The annual meeting of the Fernleigh Homeowners Association is held in December. During the annual meeting the Board presents a review of the past year's activities and operating budget, and the proposed budget for the coming year. New Board members are also elected at this time to terms beginning in January.
